Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. They define the legal relationship between you and Smile Design Experience as a promotional partner.
1. Getting Started
Welcome to the Smile Design Experience Affiliate Program. By actively participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
This agreement is designed to ensure a fair and transparent partnership between Smile Design Experience ("Company", "We") and you ("Affiliate", "You").
2. Eligible Products
Commissions are paid on verified sales of eligible products. We reserve the right to alter the list of eligible products at any time. Currently, all main subscription plans and one-time service packages are eligible.

- Pro Annual Plan
- Enterprise Custom Packages
3. Commission Fees
We offer a competitive commission structure. Affiliates earn a standard rate of 20% on all initial recurring payments for the first 12 months of a new customer's active subscription.
High-performing affiliates may be eligible for increased tiers and bonuses at the sole discretion of our partnership team.
4. Payment Schedule
Payouts are processed monthly, net-30. This means earnings for January will be paid out in early March, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 has been met. Payments are made via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
5. Prohibited Methods
To protect our brand and ensure fair play, the following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:
- Bidding on our branded keywords (e.g., "Smile Design Experience", "SmileDesign") in PPC campaigns.
- Sending unsolicited email (spam) or SMS messages.
- Misrepresenting our product features or pricing.
- Using coupon sites without prior authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our provided marketing assets (logos, banners, screenshots) solely for the purpose of promoting our services. You may not alter these assets without permission.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination for cause (e.g., violation of prohibited methods), all pending commissions may be forfeited.
